A lot of back pain starts with small habits like this:

→ lifting with your back instead of your legs → twisting while carrying something heavy → trying to do it all yourself → rushing instead of taking your time

It doesn’t take much to tweak something

And if you’ve already been feeling it in your back… you’re definitely not alone.

A few simple ways to loosen things up:

→ Stretch (hold 20–30 seconds)
→ Foam roll slowly (pause on tender spots)
→ Drink more water 💧
→ Get up and move throughout the day
→ Balance with strengthening (not just stretching)

You don’t need to do everything perfectly - just start with one

Your body will feel the difference

And if your quads always feel tight no matter what you do…
that’s something I work on all the time in sessions 👀
