Sacred Arts - Massage Therapy CranioSacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage,
Myofascial Release, Cranial Nerve Work, Reiki and other energy work plus more, to help you feel your best.

I graduated from Self-Health School of Medical Massage in 1993 and received my license through the Ohio State Medical Board. I was very lucky to receive a wonderful education and continue to learn and expand my knowledge in therapeutic bodywork. While I am science based, I also consider myself an intuitive who always follows the body’s wisdom. I use many different protocols to assist you on your healing and wellness journey:
Swedish Massage

Craniosacral Therapy

Trigger Point

Myofascial Release

All levels of Reiki including Seichim Reiki

Manual Lymphatic Drainage(please note, I do not do Lymphatic work for postoperative recovery from tummy tucks.) At this time, I am only welcoming new clients who have a referral from their physician or chiropractor on a professional letterhead or if you have a referral from an existing client.

Remember, life is a creative, revelatory process that removes what is not necessary for you to achieve your goal.

I most always massage the face and front of neck in my sessions because there are many points for cranial nerves such as the facial, trochlear and Trigeminal nerves. Innervating the temporal mandibular joint and other areas, the superior oblique muscle of the eye, muscles of chewing and face and head.
The lymphatics are plentiful and drainage eases swelling and increases a healthy flow. Facial lymphatic drainage is often called the fountain of youth

Balancing, harmonizing and assisting the body to return to a responsive flow.

I was initiated into this Egyptian form of Reiki as a 5th facet practitioner many years ago.
It has been on the back burner for awhile now.
Perhaps it’s gentle “ living light energy” is finding a space once again in my practice.
