The secret’s out, y’all! 🎉

If you haven’t guessed where we’re moving… we’re headed to South Pointe Square on Sullivan Rd, right across from Oak Point, where the old Central Perk used to be!

We’re combining our suite with another one to create a beautiful space designed for wellness, creative, and business professionals right here in Central. 👏

Construction is happening NOW and we’re expecting to move in within the next 45 to 60 days. We can hardly wait!

Led by a certified Pre- & Postnatal Fitness Specialist, this 6 week in-person program is designed to help you bridge the gap between birth and your return to daily life safely effectively, and without pain or pelvic floor limitations.

This class is perfect for:

👉🏻 Newly postpartum moms (0–8 weeks) and Early postpartum moms (up to 4–6 months) who haven’t yet started their rehab journey and are ready for gentle, guided movement.

This class will help you heal and thrive in your postpartum body. In this 6-week series, you will:

🩷 Build a Foundation: Establish the strength needed to return to your regular workouts and the demands of motherhood.
