Bring balance to your midweek with yoga for relaxation & restoration.
By doing LESS [light, easy, slow, simple], we give our bodies the essential space needed to recover from the wear & tear of regular exercise and activity.
We will warm-up with gentle yoga, breath-led stretches & releases, and close with restorative poses.
Suitable for all who are comfortable moving on the floor, and transitioning between standing to mat.
All props provided.
Modifications offered as needed.
