✨Feels exciting to read this, but when it starts happening it feels lame and bitter sweet. When we state and declare outloud we want things to be different- we’re DONE- we want our day to day life to change- we want more, and we’re ready to receive, things organically leave our reality. Then we get shocked, upset and confused 😆 but we need to remind ourselves and our people that things leave to create space for new. We can’t use old keys to open new doors. Trust that everything happens and does not happen for a reason.✨🔮✨🔮✨🔮✨🔮Sometimes our higher self blocks us because there’s something better that we can’t even imagine with our limited thinking. Struggle sucks, but it’s necessary in order to evolve and it won’t last forever. Thank goodness!! We need to remind eachother of these thangs.✌️

✨🎃Ciao, you beautiful beings of light!! Have you ever experienced a sound bath and a yoga session at the same time? I’m inviting you to experience this with me on October 23rd, 2026!! My friend Rachel Ann Juren will be instructing the gentle, restorative yoga session while I’m playing the quartz crystal singing bowls. ✨The movement and magic of yoga will stretch and lubricate the tissues in the body, while the vibrational waves of sound hit the water in the cells in those same tissues. Forcing the cells to bend, stretch, refresh and repair. This is a double healing session!✌️✨
