FAQ: How do I sign up for the Rebounding Class?
Answer:
Signing up is easy! Contact The Body Shoppe by phone, or stop by the front desk to reserve your spot. BS Group Fitness Members, you can reserve your spot on the RhinoFit app. Since trampolines are limited, pre-registration is recommended.
FAQ: Do I need to sign up before my first class?
Answer:
Yes. We encourage all new participants to register in advance to ensure a trampoline is available for you when you arrive.
FAQ: How much do classes cost?
Answer:
All drop-ins are $10/class, and required to register for a class. Classes are included with all BS base and elite group fitness memberships.
FAQ: Why is the room dimly lit?
Answer:
Our studio uses soft lighting to create a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Many participants find the setting less intimidating than a brightly lit gym, making it easier to focus on having fun, building confidence, and enjoying the workout.
FAQ: What happens during my first class?
Answer:
Your first class will include a warm-up, basic rebounding techniques, fun cardio intervals, and a cool-down stretch. The focus is on learning, moving safely, and enjoying the experience.

Answer:
You'll most easily find the studio by entering through the front doors of The Body Shoppe. The studio located just past the front desk, to the right. Please arrive 10โ15 minutes early for your first class. This gives you time to check in, meet the instructor, and get comfortable with your trampoline before class begins.
FAQ: What should I bring to my first class?
Answer:
Bring a water bottle, comfortable workout clothes, and supportive athletic shoes. Most importantly, bring a positive attitude and be ready to have fun!
FAQ: What if I've never used a rebounder before?
Answer:
No worries! Many of our participants are first-timers. Your instructor will review basic movements and safety tips before class starts, so you'll feel confident and supported.
FAQ: Is there a weight limit for the rebounders?
Answer:
For safety, our rebounders have a weight capacity of 300 lb. per manufacturer guidelines.
FAQ: What if I can't keep up with the class?
Answer:
That's completely okay! Rebounding is done at your own pace. You can modify movements, take breaks when needed, and gradually build your confidence and endurance.
