We got to celebrate the retirement of one of our favorites last week! ❤️

Miles has worked in every one of our buildings over the last 26 years and has been one of those people we’ve always been able to count on. He’s always willing to jump in wherever he’s needed, has cooked more staff meals than we can probably count, and has somehow always had a bottomless cup of coffee in his hand.

Thank you for giving so much of your life to us, Miles. You’ve been such a big part of our team and you’re definitely going to be missed around here! When you’re done riding your Harley around the world, you know where to find us! 🫶🏼

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped us celebrate at our Summer Festival today! Special shoutout to all of our friends and vendors who came and spent the day with us! We had such a great time with everyone.

We were even able to get one of those adorable pups adopted from Lewis County Canine Co.!!

We can’t wait for next year! ☀️🐶🍦

We have so many awesome vendors, fun activities, great food, and something for the whole family! From shopping local vendors and grabbing a sweet treat to face painting, bounce houses, games, and more, it’s going to be an afternoon full of fun.

We can’t wait to see everyone there—you won’t want to miss it! 🤠

🎣 One of our favorite days of the year — the annual Three Rivers Care fishing trip! There’s nothing better than getting outside, enjoying the fresh air, casting a line, and spending quality time together.

While the fishing is always fun, the best part is the memories made and the time spent with one another. We are so thankful for our incredible Life Enrichment team, our amazing volunteers, and most importantly, our residents who are family.

Days like these remind us that it’s the simple moments and meaningful connections that matter most. ❤️🐟☀️

☀️ We are so excited to host our BIG Kickoff to Summer event right here in the Three Rivers Care parking lot! 🎉

Join us for an afternoon full of fun, community, and amazing local vendors including Traveling Tales WA with their mobile bookstore, The PNW Scoop, Lewis County Canine Co., Live 95 and the giveaway Jeep! ✨🐶📕

We’ll also have face painting, a bounce house, treats, some classic cars, activities, and so much more for the whole family to enjoy!

Come out, celebrate summer with us, and enjoy a fun day with our community. We can’t wait to see everyone there! ☀️🍦

We had the best time dropping off appreciation goodies to our amazing EMS crews for EMS Appreciation Week!

We are so thankful for the dedication, compassion, and care these teams provide to our community every single day. We truly appreciate the partnership we share and all they do to help keep our residents and community safe. Thank you, EMS heroes! 👏🏻

Celebrating the incredible mothers who fill Three Rivers with love, compassion, and care. This week’s Mother’s Day Tea was a beautiful time shared with our residents, staff, and families as we honored the amazing moms who live here and the devoted mothers who work here every day. Thank you for all the love you give so freely, today and always. Happy Mother’s Day!

We had such a fun week celebrating our amazing nurses for Nurses Week! We also had a very successful Skills Fair. A huge thank you to Assured Hospice for joining us this week to help re-educate our staff on palliative, end-of-life, and comfort care services.

We are so lucky to work alongside so many incredible nurses. They are truly the heartbeat of our facility and our industry. Thank you to all of the amazing nurses who give so much of themselves every single day. We appreciate you 365 days a year — but we’ll gladly spoil you a little extra this week for fun! 💙
