Three Rivers Care was proud to partner with our sister facility, Puget Sound Care, at this year’s Living Well, Living Long Conference, connecting with local seniors, caregivers, and community partners. Together, we shared valuable resources and information focused on helping older adults maintain their independence, health, and quality of life while aging in place. It was a wonderful opportunity to build relationships and support the well-being of our community.
