⚠️ A Gentle Health Reminder for Clients

With the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in our community, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness—including coughing, congestion, sore throat, fever, body aches, or unusual fatigue.

Please wait until you are symptom-free before returning for your appointment. There will be no penalty for rescheduling due to illness.

As someone who is considered high-risk and has experienced serious health complications in the past, limiting exposure is incredibly important for not only my health but this also allows me to continue caring for all of my clients.

Thank you for your honesty, understanding, and consideration. Taking care of one another helps keep our entire community safer and healthier.

Reminder for Regence Insurance Clients

Regence requires a valid referral for massage therapy appointments to be billed through insurance.

Your referral may be:
• Emailed directly to me by your healthcare provider
• Brought to your appointment as a hard copy

Please make sure I receive your referral before your insurance appointment to help prevent any delays with billing or coverage.

I also want to thank all of my clients for being so incredibly welcoming, kind, and—honestly—absolutely amazing! I've truly enjoyed getting to know each of you, and I look forward to working together to support your health and wellness goals. 😊

An Important Update for Our Centralia Clients

I’m happy to share that Kenley Massage & Wellness will continue providing consistent, compassionate care at our Centralia location!

Moving forward, I will be seeing my current Centralia clients exclusively on Fridays. If you need additional scheduling options, you are also welcome to see me at our new Elma location on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and half days on Saturdays.
I’m also thrilled to welcome Amy Forstrom, LMT, to our Centralia team! Amy will be working full-time in Centralia. During her transition throughout August, she will be available Monday through Wednesday, with expanded availability to follow.

“Hi, I’m Amy Forstrom, a licensed massage therapist specializing exclusively in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release.

I’m passionate about helping people find relief from pain, improve mobility, and restore function through this gentle, hands-on approach. Myofascial Release focuses on releasing restrictions within the body’s connective tissue to address the root cause of discomfort, allowing the body to heal naturally.

Every session is individualized because every body and every healing journey is unique. Whether you’re living with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or experiencing movement restrictions, my goal is to provide compassionate care in a safe, supportive environment.

I’m honored to have the opportunity to continue caring for clients from this practice, and I look forward to meeting you.”

BIG NEWS—WE’RE OFFICIALLY OPENING!

Kenley Massage & Wellness has received our Certificate of Occupancy for our new, larger second location in Elma!

Our beautiful new space features three private treatment rooms, allowing us to provide even more opportunities for therapeutic care, relaxation, and healing within the community.

We will officially open our doors on Monday, August 3rd!

We are also proud to accept most major insurance plans, making therapeutic massage care more accessible to our community. Coverage and referral requirements may vary by plan.
