I’ve got to shout out one of my amazing, rockstar clients.

She came to me after losing over 80 lbs—through diet and exercise, hard work, self-reflection, and walking away from a relationship that was draining her. She’d done talk therapy and made huge strides, but still felt stuck. Her reflection didn’t match how far she’d come. Body dysmorphia had her in a loop of not seeing herself clearly, no matter what changed on the outside.

We worked together using hypnosis, and she showed up for herself with self-hypnosis in between sessions. And now? She sees herself. Her reflection finally matches her truth. She’s living without body image issues. Her mind feels clearer, her anxiety is way down, and she’s showing up with more confidence—not just in her body, but in her life and the things she loves.

I’m so damn proud of her. Not just for the healing—but for being open, for trusting the process, and for choosing herself again and again.

The image I’m sharing is a post-it note with her “win”—something I ask all my clients to write down so I can show others what’s possible when you trust in the power of hypnosis. It’s simple, but powerful. And it’s real.

If you’ve done the work and still feel like something’s missing, I’m here. This kind of support goes deeper—and it works.
