I work with individuals **ages 10 and up** and accept **most major insurance plans, including Medicaid.**

🌿 Office Closure Notice 🌿

Please note that Insight Counseling & Wellness, PLLC will be closed beginning Thursday, July 2 through Tuesday, July 7.

The office will reopen, and I will return to my regular schedule on Wednesday, July 8. At that time, I will begin returning phone calls, voicemails, emails, and other messages in the order they were received.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, past trauma, relationship difficulties, communication challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed, therapy can provide a safe place to process, heal, and grow.

• Tuesday, June 9 — 11:00 AM
• Friday, June 12 — 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, & 4:00 PM

I provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental approach tailored to your individual needs. In addition to traditional counseling services, NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback is also available for those interested in additional support with stress management and nervous system regulation.
