Licensed Practical Nurse – Full Time, Catching’s Clinic – Woodville, MS
Administers nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties. Experience: One to three years as an LPN preferred. Current MS License required.
Population Health Assistant – Part Time, Clinics – Centreville, MS
Provides operational support to the FHS Population Health team by performing non-clinical tasks as assigned to address the population health needs of our primary care patient population. Generates and distributes population health reports. Calls patients and speaks with patients in the clinics to schedule wellness appointments and screenings. Identify patients overdue for AWV and those with missed appointments needing rescheduling. Confirms patient insurance benefit eligibility as requested. Enters and maintains documentation in the EHR meeting defined timeframes and performance standards. High school diploma required. Previous electronic medical record data entry, MS Word, and Excel experience required. Experience with Athena EMR is a plus. Must be available to travel to any of the four clinics and/or hospital as needed.
Patient Care Tech- Full-Time, Field Health System- Centreville, MS
Provides personal patient care and related services to work both in the ER and Nursing departments. Duties of this job function under supervision of the Nurse Manager and guidance of a Registered Nurse.
Care Coordinator (Registered Nurse) – Full Time, Field Health System Clinics
Effectively navigate established Population Health/ACO initiatives with input from the Population Health Coordinator, medical staff, and other operational leaders by facilitating essential preventive care services to reduce the severity of chronic disease and avoidable acute illness. Coordinate and provide personalized healthcare services to individuals through effective partnerships with patients, their caregivers/families, community resources, and their physician. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse required. Previous experience in caring for chronic disease patients required. 3-5 years’ experience in clinical or community health settings, Care Coordination, Case Management or Home Health experience preferred.
Registered Nurse (ER) – PRN, Field Health System - Centreville, MS
Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Qualifications: Current Mississippi License or current temporary license with stated expiration date mandatory. CPR and basic fetal monitoring. Obtains ACLS within six months and neonatal resuscitation within one year of service.

Respiratory Therapist – Part Time & PRN, Field Health System – Centreville, MS
Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the differences in techniques and treatment modalities as performed on patients of varying ages, including pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients. Exhibits knowledge of and complies with state, federal and JCAHO regulations. Maintains ACLS and BLS certifications. Sets up and monitors mechanical ventilators and the associated critical care duties required for treatment such as airway management and tracheal suctioning. Performs arterial punctures to obtain arterial blood samples for blood gas analysis, and understands the possible complications and contraindications associated with the procedure. Performs EKGs as ordered. Capable of working independently as an RT and assisting other staff members as needed. Position is for day/night shift.
Environmental Services Technician – PRN, Field Health System - Centreville, MS
Performs a variety of general cleaning tasks to maintain patient rooms, offices, and all other areas of the facility. Work also includes distributing linens to user departments and maintaining stock levels. Must follow standard practices and procedures and comply with regulatory requirements following infection control. This position will be scheduled to work as needed. Must be able to work days/evenings/weekends.
