Exciting changes are happening at Haven Flow Massage!
I’m excited to share that I’ve accepted a position with the ISD! As I transition into this new role, my massage schedule will be changing.
Through August: Appointments will be available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings.
Beginning in September: Appointments will be available on Wednesday and Thursday evenings only.
Because of my reduced availability, I will not be accepting new clients at this time. If you’d like to be added to my waitlist, please text me at 269-816-1877, and I’ll send you the waitlist form.
Thank you all for your continued support, understanding, and patience as I navigate this exciting new chapter. I truly appreciate each of you and look forward to continuing to care for my existing clients during this transition.

Important Reminder
Due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, I would like to remind everyone of the appointment policies that were agreed to and signed during the completion of your initial consent forms.
I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. However, it is important to remember that this business is my livelihood, and I rely on scheduled appointments being honored in order to continue providing services to my clients.
Please note that reasons such as forgetting an appointment, not writing it down, missing a reminder notification, or simply deciding not to attend do not constitute emergencies and can have a significant impact on my schedule and business operations.
While I have been lenient with cancellation and no-show fees in the past, these policies will be enforced more consistently moving forward. Repeated missed appointments and late cancellations affect my ability to serve other clients and maintain my business.
Additionally, a three-strike policy will be implemented. Clients who accumulate three no-shows and/or late cancellations may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking future appointments. This policy is intended to help ensure appointment availability for all clients and encourage respectful scheduling practices.
This message is not directed at the majority of my clients, who consistently show respect for my time and business. I truly appreciate each of you and your continued support. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping me maintain a reliable schedule for everyone.

Haven Flow Massage sponsored a hole at the golf outing for the second year in a row! This event helps fund the program heavily, this year had a great turn out!
Those of you who know me already, know that I coached some of these girls on JV a couple years back. They are off to a great start this season already! Good luck this season!
