Important Reminder
Due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, I would like to remind everyone of the appointment policies that were agreed to and signed during the completion of your initial consent forms.
I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. However, it is important to remember that this business is my livelihood, and I rely on scheduled appointments being honored in order to continue providing services to my clients.
Please note that reasons such as forgetting an appointment, not writing it down, missing a reminder notification, or simply deciding not to attend do not constitute emergencies and can have a significant impact on my schedule and business operations.
While I have been lenient with cancellation and no-show fees in the past, these policies will be enforced more consistently moving forward. Repeated missed appointments and late cancellations affect my ability to serve other clients and maintain my business.
Additionally, a three-strike policy will be implemented. Clients who accumulate three no-shows and/or late cancellations may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking future appointments. This policy is intended to help ensure appointment availability for all clients and encourage respectful scheduling practices.
This message is not directed at the majority of my clients, who consistently show respect for my time and business. I truly appreciate each of you and your continued support. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping me maintain a reliable schedule for everyone.
