or Long Term Nursing Care, Rehabilitation, Home Health or Neighborhood Services, Cahaba Trace Retirement Community is designed to meet and exceed your physical and spiritual needs. We recently completed construction on our new independent living facility, Congregate Housing at Cahaba Trace. This facility is a wonderful solution for persons who live actively but prefer some services. Seniors in each home live and eat together, much like a family. With 16 apartments with private bedrooms and bath in each home, seniors can experience professional care in a home-like setting without sacrificing independence, comfort or privacy. Cahaba Trace Retirement Community provides many housing opportunities. Cahaba Trace considers and admits people age 55 and older without regards to race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability. Congregate Housing considers and admits people age 62 and older. Below are lists of the services that will be provided to you once you have agreed to be admitted into the Cahaba Trace Retirement Community:
