**DUI Instructor / Case Manager / Supportive Counselor**

Coalfield Family Services is looking for a motivated, dependable, and professional individual to join our growing team!

This is a **combined position**, meaning the selected candidate will work in all three roles:

🔹 DUI Instructor
🔹 Case Manager
🔹 Supportive Counselor

📈 **This position will begin part-time but is expected to develop into a full-time position within the next few months as our programs continue to grow.**

🎓 REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a **human services-related field** required
• Must have **open and flexible availability**
• **Evening and Saturday availability is required**
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working directly with clients
• Must be able to pass required background checks and drug screening

💼 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected individual will assist with several of our growing programs and may provide case management and supportive counseling services, assist clients in the community, complete required documentation, and help facilitate our DUI education/programming.

Because this position involves multiple programs, we are looking for someone who is **flexible, dependable, willing to learn, and interested in growing with our organization.**

🎉 WOW — WHAT A WEEK! 🎉

This has been an incredibly busy and successful week at Coalfield Family Services, and we couldn’t be more excited about the continued growth of our programs and services!

Just this week:

🚗 More than 20 individuals signed up for our DUI Program!

💙 More than 5 new clients self-referred and signed up for individualized therapy!

🩺 More than 30 people have already called to get on the list to see our medical doctor once he begins seeing patients!

📋 And that doesn’t even include the several new A*O referrals we received this week!

We are incredibly thankful for the trust our clients, families, referral sources, and community continue to place in Coalfield Family Services.

📢 NOW HIRING — A*O PROGRAM TEAM LEADER

Coalfield Family Services is seeking a motivated, dependable, and organized A*O Program Team Leader to join our growing team.

This is a W-2 employee position that combines program leadership with limited direct client services. The Team Leader will work closely with the A*O Program Director to support and oversee A*O providers while helping ensure quality services, timely documentation, and compliance with program and agency requirements.

🎓 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field
• At least two years of experience working in A*O services or Child Protective Services (CPS)
• At least one year of prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and drug screening
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to assigned A*O providers
• Assist with reviewing documentation for accuracy, quality, and compliance
• Monitor provider credentials, training, and other program requirements
• Assist with referrals, provider assignments, and caseload management
• Assist with training and onboarding new A*O providers
• Communicate regularly with providers and program leadership
• Help identify and resolve issues affecting service delivery
• Participate in team meetings and other program activities
• Maintain a small caseload and provide direct services to clients when needed
• Complete other leadership and program duties as assigned by the A*O Program Director

🏢 OFFICE & SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

This position will be required to spend a designated number of hours each week working from our Fort Gay, West Virginia office.

Because our services are based around the needs and schedules of the children and families we serve, this position requires evening and weekend availability as needed.

🏥 NOW HIRING – PART-TIME MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Coalfield Family Services is seeking a dependable, friendly, and motivated Part-Time Medical Assistant to join our growing medical team at our Fort Gay, WV office.

Position: Medical Assistant
Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Will work 2-3 days per week starting out. Eventually it will become 5 days per week and the hours will change to us opening at 9 am.

Job Duties May Include:

• Taking and documenting vital signs
• Obtaining patient medical histories and updating charts
• Preparing patients for appointments
• Assisting the physician and other medical staff with patient care
• Blood draws/phlebotomy
• Collecting specimens and performing basic in-office testing
• Scheduling appointments and assisting with referrals
• Answering phones and communicating with patients
• Maintaining exam rooms and medical supplies
• Completing other clinical and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Medical Assistant experience or training required.
• Phlebotomy/blood-draw experience strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable working directly with patients
• Must have good communication and organizational skills
• Must be dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to pass required background checks and drug screening

Medical Assistant certification is preferred but not required. An employee who is not currently certified may have the opportunity to become eligible for certification after completing one year of qualifying employment, depending on applicable certification requirements.
