Who knew pizza could count as fruit? 🍓🥝

Crest View residents rolled up their sleeves this week to make fruit pizzas, piling on strawberries, kiwi and blackberries to create a pretty impressive finished product.

Of course, the best part of making fruit pizza is eating it! 😋 Judging by these photos, that part was a hit, too. ❤️

There’s a different rhythm to nursing at night. 🌙

The halls are quieter, the pace feels different and there’s something pretty special about being there for residents through the overnight hours.

Crest View Care Center is looking for an RN or LPN to work our weekend night shift in Chadron.

The residents at Crest View are enjoying the end of summer. Recent activities included a Labor Day picnic in the courtyard. We enjoyed hamburgers and hot dogs! We spread our celebration out over a few days and with an ice cream social AND a watermelon feed. All the eating left us feeling creative, so we painted some birdhouses. Here are some pictures ... can you spot our cat Cheeto supervising (aka sleeping)?

A whole lot of fun in August! On Wednesday, we celebrated our Monthly Birthday party. Lots of family and friends honored our birthday residents. For the month of August, we had only two birthdays Lawrence and Mardra. Live music and lots of smiles. It was fun for all.
