Today our residents enjoyed a Smokin’ on the Rails Lunch!🐷🔥🚂

The menu was packed with delicious favorites, including pork steaks, ribs, homemade potato salad, cucumber, onion & tomato salad, and corn on the cob! 🌽 And for dessert, we finished things off with some delicious blueberry cheesecake! 🫐🍰

Good food, happy residents, and a lunch worth talking about! 😋🔥

When one of our residents’ knee pillows went missing, Danielle, our Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor, didn’t hesitate to make her some new ones. It’s moments like these that remind us that caring for our residents goes far beyond the everyday tasks — it’s about noticing the little things, lending a helping hand, and making sure they feel cared for and comfortable🥹🤍

We were excited to welcome the Chaffee High School Leadership Class to Chaffee Nursing Center! ❤️ The students spent time visiting with our residents and helping complete resident satisfaction surveys.

It was a wonderful opportunity for our residents to share their thoughts while also enjoying meaningful conversations and connections with local students. We are so thankful for their time, kindness, and willingness to serve our residents and community! 💚
