Sanford Chamberlain Medical Center is offering an Adolescent Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Group where teens ages 12–18 can learn healthy coping strategies, strengthen relationships and build essential life skills in a supportive environment.

The group begins Monday, July 27 and meets weekly on Mondays from 4:00–5:30 p.m. for 24 weeks. New participants may join at any time.

Topics include:
- Understanding emotions and thoughts
- Supporting mental health and well-being
- Strengthening relationships
- Learning practical life skills

Cade Gemar, a certified athletic trainer with Sanford Chamberlain, is helping 15 local students take their performance to the next level through the new Kimball Sports Enhancement program. This summer training experience is focused on building strength, speed and overall athletic ability.

Since June 2, these athletes have been showing up every Tuesday and Thursday ready to work. They are developing strength, improving coordination and building better balance and flexibility as they prepare for competition.

The program runs through July 16, and it is great to see the focus, effort and determination these students bring each day!
