Sometimes supporting someone doesn’t require the perfect words. It can be as simple as:

“Hey, I’ve been thinking about you. How are you really doing?”

Take a moment to check in with a friend. Call a family member. Sit with someone who may be having a difficult time.

Don’t be afraid to ask. Don’t be afraid to listen. Don’t be afraid to care.

Your willingness to start a conversation could mean more than you know.

Don't let a busy schedule discourage you from exercising - every little bit counts!

If it's hard to find an hour to work out, maybe you could fit in a brisk 10-minute walk on your lunch break or after dinner. If you do this every day, you're already about halfway to the recommended 150 minutes of weekly exercise!

Invest in your health by making movement part of your daily routine. Even quick exercise sessions can add up to big benefits!
