Diane (Juray) Witherspoon, 62, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away at the Chambersburg Hospital, August 10, 2026, surrounded by family. She was born in Chambersburg on February 9, 1964, to Virginia (Thomas) Juray who preceded her in death.

She is survived by her husband, Robert, of 36 years and had lived together for 42 years. Diane is also survived by her daughter, Rachael Witherspoon of Waynesboro, and son, Quinn Witherspoon II of Chambersburg; grandchildren: Destiny, Donovan, Deavein, Kaia, and Michaella; great-grandchildren: Ivo and Scarlett. Also surviving her are her siblings: Wanda Martin, Trisha Teal, Kenneth Juray, Richard Juray Jr, Robert Juray, George Juray, and Troy Juray; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

In addition to her mother, she also was preceded in death by her son, Michael Witherspoon; sister, Roberta Juray; brothers-in-law, Jerry Martin and Chester Teal.

Diane was employed at the Marine Corps League of Chambersburg for 37 years retiring in February as a cook and then manager of the kitchen.

Friends are welcome to join the family for a Celebration of Life Service which will be held Sunday, August 16, 2026, at the Marine Corps League on Grant Street in Chambersburg at 1:00 pm.

Arrangements are being made by Sellers Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

Margaret Nonemaker, aged 85, beloved wife, sister, and aunt, passed away peacefully on August 9, 2026, in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
Margaret was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, to the late Charles and Grace (Woodruff) Olsen. She was married to the love of her life, Richard Nonemaker, for over 40 wonderful years. Together, they embraced their retirement by traveling the country, attending concerts and plays, and making frequent trips to visit their cherished family.
A woman of many talents and passions, Margaret loved crafting, including cross-stitch, sewing, and scrapbooking. She and Richard shared a deep passion for square dancing, embarking on many memorable trips with their dance club and favorite caller.
Margaret had a kind and sweet personality, and a delightfully feisty, stubborn side that kept everyone on their toes. Her genuine care for others always remained at the forefront. She would always greet you with a gracious compliment and leave you with a warm thank you. She was truly one of a kind and will forever hold a special place in the hearts of all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Angel L. Rodriguez, 88, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away on August 7, 2026.

Angel Luis Rodriguez was born May 13, 1938, in Lares, Puerto Rico, to the late Eusebio Rodriguez and Graciana Soto Rodriguez. A man of unwavering faith, Angel dedicated his life to serving the Lord and his family with unconditional love.

Angel studied theology at Manhattan Bible Institute in New York and answered God's call to ministry, serving as a Pentecostal Pastor for many years throughout the 1980s and 1990s. He ministered at several churches in New Jersey and Puerto Rico, bringing hope and spiritual guidance to all who knew him. Beyond his pastoral work, Angel devoted himself to missionary work and visiting the infirmed and children in hospitals, embodying the compassion and servant's heart that defined his faith.

In his professional life, Angel worked in residential and commercial maintenance until his retirement in 2000, always taking pride in his work and the DIY projects he loved. Whether at home or in service to others, Angel's steady hands and generous spirit were a blessing to those around him.

Angel's greatest joys were spending time with his beloved family and enjoying time fishing. He was a devoted father and grandfather to his family, whom he cherished deeply.

Willard "Bill" Flloyd Daniels Jr., a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and dedicated community member, passed away on August 4, 2026, at the age of 87. Born on April 22, 1939, in Huntington, West Virginia, Bill was the son of Willard F. Daniels Sr. and Minnie Lou Peters Daniels.

Bill's life was centered on devotion, compassion, and service. He shared an extraordinary 61 year marriage with his beloved wife, Mary Virginia Deacon, whom he married on June 19, 1965, in Huntington, WV. Together, they built a family filled with love and raised their children in Huntington. In 2003, they moved to Chambersburg, Pennsylvania in order to be closer to their grandchildren. Bill's proudest accomplishment was being a grandfather.

He was a proud alumnus of Vinson High School, Marshall University, and the Medical College of Virginia School of Medicine. He served his country with distinction as a member of the US Army, stationed in Germany from 1966 to 1969. After his military service, Bill returned to his hometown to work alongside his father at their Family Medicine practice for 3 years. His career in medicine was marked by dedication and excellence, with tenure at Cabell-Huntington Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital where he worked in the Emergency Departments for 26 years. Bernie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend whose life reflected her love for God, kindness, unwavering devotion to her family, and strong work ethic.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kenneth L. Beadle Sr.; her mother, Mary Yohe Barnhart Shover; her sister, Oretta Keese; her brothers, Ray Barnhart and Roger Barnhart; and Logan Gilbert, whom she considered a great-grandson.
She is survived by her children: Kenneth L. Beadle II and his wife, Kimberly; Keith L. Beadle and his significant other, Mary Besore; Denise M. Schroyer and her husband, Richie Todd; and Kami L. Beadle. She also leaves behind five grandchildren: Joshua Beadle, Keith Beadle Jr., Dustin Malone, Brandon Malone and his wife, Caity, and Skylee Stine. Shawn was graduate of Pittsburg Technical Institute where he studied Architecture Drafting and Design. With this schooling he had a successful career of over thirty years in architecture and construction administration. Beyond the professional realm, Shawn was an avid hands-on enthusiast, constantly seeking opportunities for remodeling, furniture building, and crafting. Combining a passion for community service with a diverse skill set, Shawn redirected 20 years of firefighting experience into restoring an antique fire engine, participating in events across multiple states. Additionally, he enjoyed line dancing and listening to local artists perform.

When he wasn't working on his own projects, Shawn was lending a helping hand or volunteering. He was a member of many local veteran volunteer organizations, including being an SAL member of Detrich-Brechbill Post 612, a social member of Mercerburg Moose Lodge 1790, and a detachment member Landis-McCleaf Marine Corps League. Ryan Clair Cook, 62 of Fayetteville, died Tuesday morning, July 21, 2026. Born September 7, 1963 in Chambersburg, he was the son of the late Ronald W. and the late Evelyn Faye Reath Cook. Ryan graduated from Chambersburg Senior High School in 1981, became a master carpenter winning a Midstate Carpenters Competition and 4th in the state and was a member of the Harrisburg Carpenters Local 287, working for over 20 years with H.B. Alexander, Reynolds Construction Management, Gilbane, et al. as a project superintendent and project manager.

Ryan was kind, creative, loved helping friends and family when he was well, and enjoyed his tight-knit circle in Fayetteville. He enjoyed spending time watching NASCAR, sports, the history channel, and listening to classic rock, doing anything outdoors like fishing, boating and being on or near the ocean and attending concerts and races.

Surviving is his loving and dedicated wife of 32 years, Denise Ann Cook; children, Bradley (Amy) Statler, Carly Cook, and Courtney Cook; granddaughter, Skye Statler; great granddaughter, Ivy Jane; sister, Cynthia Roach and husband, Ken of Great Cacapon, WV; and several nieces and nephews.

A private service will be held for family members only.

A celebration of life is being planned for all family and friends.

Barbara Ann Rotz (Foreman), 85, passed away on July 19, 2026. Born August 4, 1940 in Hershey, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Dorothea (Leffler) Foreman.
A graduate of Pine Grove High School class of 1958, Barbara then obtained her cosmetology license. She worked part time at Burke's soda/luncheon counter and Cherry Lane Dairy while balancing the needs of her growing family before embarking on a career with JC Penney at the South Gate and Chambersburg Mall locations. She retired from the Penney company as senior merchandise manager after 30+ years.
Barbara is survived by her sons, Kenneth Ditzler, husband of Catherine, of Chambersburg; and Kirk Ditzler of Ocean Park, ME; grandchildren Rachael Ditzler and fiancée, Luke Pisano, of Cincinnati, OH; Brent Ditzler of Johnson City, TN; and Devin Ditzler and fiancée, Sierra Miller, of Chambersburg. Additionally she is survived by stepchildren Barbara Parrish, wife of David, of Chambersburg, and Brian Rotz, husband of Karen, of West Chester, PA.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard C. Rotz; a son, Kyle Ditzler; and siblings Ralph S. Foreman and Mary Kerschner.

Hugh "Sunny" Hettenschuller, 87, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, passed away on July 18, 2026, in Chambersburg.
Born on September 25, 1938, in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, Sunny was raised by Harriet and Wilbur Rowe, who preceded him in death. He proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Army.
Sunny dedicated his career to industrial sales, a profession that allowed him to travel throughout the United States. He was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Chambersburg.
Known for his quick wit and endless supply of dad jokes, Sunny had a remarkable ability to find humor in almost every situation. He lived an active life and enjoyed running, skiing, biking, and practicing karate. He had a lifelong appreciation for nature, loved reading, and was a devoted fan of classic cinema. A passionate supporter of Penn State football, he rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on the Nittany Lions. In his younger years, he was a proud member of a drum corps and continued to enjoy attending drum corps competitions throughout his life.
Sunny is survived by his daughter, Jessica Miller of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania; his son, Brad Hettenschuller of Greencastle, Pennsylvania; his granddaughter, Arianna Lopez of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania; and his great-grandson, James Hettenschuller.
