There’s no rush when it comes to lips 👄

I always go slow and steady ,usually starting with half a syringe, (especially if it’s your first time with filler).

We can always build from there.

Every set of lips is different, so the product, technique, and amount I use are too.

I used to think being a good injector meant saying yes to everything.

More filler than someone needed, a lower price, whatever kept them happy for one appointment.

It doesn’t.

It means telling the truth, even when it’s not what someone wants to hear.

So now I say no when a look isn’t right for your face. I recommend dissolving when that’s the better answer.

I don’t chase the client who found someone cheaper down the road.

You’re not paying me for a product off a shelf. You’re paying for the training that helps develop my skill.

My time and my experience are worth what I charge, and I’ve stopped apologizing for that.

None of this makes me hard to reach, though. I still want to know the person in my chair, not just what they came in for. That hasn’t changed in four years, and it’s not going to.

Some lips reach their perfect pout at 0.5 mL.
Some can safely build toward 1–2 mL+ over time.
