Self care is resistance. đź’Ş

Take care of your nervous system.
Take care of your body.
Take care of your loved ones.

Even when it feels too much, a single small step towards emotional and mental wellness can make a bigger impact than you expect.

I hope I see you soon. đź’«

This was supposed to be my new checkout/reception desk. Unfortunately the plants are getting really big and they won’t let me claim a single surface for myself! It does look cute though.

Quiz: Did we add retail because it was a good business move, or because I needed more places to put my plants? đź‘€

Probably both! Anyway, this is my pilot program. If people like our luxurious eye pillows, incomparable lip balms, and beautiful beeswax candles, I’ll add more products like lotions, oils, and scrubs. I might even dive into plants and pots!

It’s a fun new adventure. Come take a look!

It’s simple.

If she’s doing everything for everyone…
give her two hours where she doesn’t have to do anything at all.

No decisions.
No responsibility.
No one needing her.

Just rest. Just BE.

We love the dandelion bouquets.
The homemade cards.
The sweet, messy magic of motherhood.

And…

Moms deserve to be taken care of, too.

This Mother’s Day, give her a moment to receive.

To rest.
To soften.
To just be.

As a mother of 5, let me tell you an important truth:

Most moms aren’t “a little tired.” They’re depleted.

They’re running entire households in their heads.
Holding everyone together.
Carrying things no one even sees.

And still showing up like they’re fine.

Flowers don’t fix that.
Neither does another candle.

What she actually needs…
is to be off.

Not needed.
Not responsible for anything.

Just two hours where her nervous system can finally drop out of survival mode.

If you want to give her what she needs, something she will really love, click the link in my bio. Gift cards are available online or in person.

I used to think rest meant doing nothing.

Now I know it means doing the right thing.

Sometimes that’s stillness.
Sometimes it’s movement.
Sometimes it’s being completely alone.

The point is that it actually restores you.
