I totally get that parenting a kid with a lot of dysregulation in their nervous system - whether from trauma or other neurodivergence or vulnerabilities - is probably a brand new skill set for many parents.
Maybe it's a brand new skill set for you!
But it's actually not a lot of skills, strategies, tools, or techniques that's making your parenting experiencing so. extremely. hard.
It's the fact that parenting a child who is dysregulated is, well....dysregulating.
I know you need both. Skills and regulation.
That's where The Club comes in!!!
When I started The Club, I took everything I know about how the nervous system heals and changes in relationship, combined that with my 15 years of in-the-room clinical experience working with EXTREMELY dysregulated kids and their families, and created something we could offer parents all over the world, at any time of the day.
The Club really does offer parents what they need to be able to parent. Lots of strategies, lots of useable information about what behavior really mean, AND lots of co-regulation.
Without the co-regulation, parents just end up with skills they know when they are regulated but can't use when their kid is dysregulated.
Parent who receive the connection and co-regulation that The Club offers tell me that THAT'S been the missing ingredient all along.
You're not a bad parent. You need more regulation.
The Club is welcoming new members from now until Friday the 10th!
