Hello Friends!

We will be closed Monday, May 31st in honor of Memorial Day. Have a fun and safe holiday weekend!

Keep in mind: If you drink, don't drive! Call a friend, call an Uber. You won't regret it! 😊

Happy New Year friends!

Stay safe tonight peeps! Remember the comfortability of being home or with your vehicle isn’t worth a DUI! They are way more expensive than a tow or an Uber! Uber it up 🙂

Tough year is an understatement. Don’t let the messiness let you lose your focus on who you are ❤️

Goood morning friends! Unfortunately the office will be closed today due to a power outage. We will get all appointments rescheduled and hopefully be back on track soon. Enjoy the day and the sunshine ☀️

Well dang friends! We sure do miss seeing your faces and it sounds like it’ll be even longer now. It’s so important to stay healthy through this- physically and mentally. Email us with any questions during this trying time.
Plan to still see us on zoom for groups- remember to call the morning of group to get the link.
Stay safe, drink lots of water and don’t forget to smile and laugh as much as possible 🙂
