Dr. Raquel Vigueria is a licensed naturopathic physician providing primary care and medical acupuncture for patients of all ages. Before becoming a physician, she spent more than two
decades as a microbiologist, bringing a strong foundation in clinical science and diagnostics to patient care. Having called Ahwatukee home for nearly 20 years, Dr. Vigueria is honored to care for the community she has been part of for so long. She enjoys caring for children, families, and individuals with both acute and chronic health concerns. Her approach combines evidence-informed medicine with thoughtful listening, patient education, and individualized treatment plans that may incorporate nutrition, lifestyle medicine, botanical medicine, and medical acupuncture when appropriate. Dr. Vigueria believes that meaningful healthcare begins with understanding each patient's unique story and partnering with them to achieve lasting health.

Dr. Maria Cumplido is a naturopathic physician dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting health through personalized, evidence-informed care. She earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona, and provides care in both English and Spanish. Her clinical focus includes metabolic health (diabetes, hypertension, insulin resistance, and cardiometabolic health), women's health, digestive disorders, and preventive medicine. When appropriate, she also incorporates acupuncture and other integrative therapies into her treatment approach. Dr. Cumplido believes that meaningful healing begins with listening. She is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their health.

Be Well Medical Holiday Hours

Dr. Shiffler will be out of the office for the holidays starting 12/25 and returning 1/5.

Dr. Salisbury will be available for acute visits on Mondays and Wednesdays during this time.

The office will be closed on 12/25, 12/26, and 1/1.
