A message from Dr Falcon, who is moving to Copenhagen Denmark!
It has been an absolute honor and privilege to care for so many of you since 2009! Falcon Family Eye Care started with a dream and the idea to make a small-town optometry practice that just happened to be in a decent sized city. I wanted to build a relationship-based, not transaction-based, practice where I could invest in you (and technology), make scientific and evidence-based patient care decisions, and just genuinely care for all of you. I wanted to know about your jobs, vacations, kids, in-laws, trials and tribulations, and triumphs. I have spent the last 18 years considering every single one of you as part of my family.
For my immediate family, this move is important. As most of you know, my husband is a Chemical Engineer and was offered his quite-literal dream job working for Microsoft on their quantum computing chip. This opportunity came about very quickly (and I feel a bit like I’m flying by the seat of my pants…) and we felt like it was an adventure that we just couldn’t say no to.

The practice you know and love will be only a bit different. I have sold to Dr. Stephanie Pilcher and Dr. Amber Dunn. They have committed to nurturing the existing relationships with all of you and are excited for the opportunity to join our “family” as it were… Jennifer and Darrin will still care for you, your records and data are here and waiting for the new docs to add to. The office is not going anywhere. You don't need to go anywhere else for your care. But I am keeping my art gallery, so all your children will need to draw new pics for the new docs!
