Oliver Kinmartin was selected as our Associate of the Month for June!
Oliver is one of our Line/Prep Chefs here at Clarendale. He has been part of the Clarendale team for more than 3 1/2 years and enjoys the people he gets to work alongside everyday.
He has lived in Arizona since age 3 and says "I have been blessed with a wonderful family, including a loving mother and hardworking father".
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family & friends, watching movies, playing video games, and occasionally cooking at home.
Looking ahead, one of his goals is to own a home of his own. Professionally, he hopes to either start his own business or pursue a career as a voice actor. His favorite food is steak, so just about any dish featuring steak is at the top of his list!
If he could have one superpower, it would definitely be the ability to fly - as it would make traveling much faster (and alot cheaper!).
As for the rest of 2026, he says, "I look forward to continuing to learn from my coworkers and striving to be better than I was yesterday".

Renee Gallegos was selected as our Associate of the month for May!
Renee has been part of the Clarendale family for nearly two years and says, the residents are the reason she loves coming to work each day. "They're my second family and my home away from home". After nearly nine years working as a Caregiver and Med Tech, Renee says that Clarendale is the first community where she can honestly say she truly enjoys her job. She credits the incredible residents and supportive coworkers for making everyday rewarding.
An Arizona native, Renee was born and raised in Apache Junction. She gives special recognition to her mother, whom she considers not only her biggest role model, but also her very best friend. Renee hopes to build the same close, lifelong relationship with her son, Elo, that she shares with her own mother.
If Renee could have any superpower, she says it would be the ability to read minds. She's always been fascinated by what people are thinking, especially when words don't tell the whole story.
Above all, Renee says motherhood has given her a renewed sense of purpose. She cherishes every moment with her son and looks forward to making many more memories together.
