Meet Our New Cardiologist – Dr. Musa Abdul Shakoor

Chandler Cardiology Associates is pleased to welcome Dr. Musa Abdul Shakoor, a board-certified cardiologist, to our practice.

Dr. Shakoor began his academic journey at Arizona State University (ASU) before earning his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, followed by a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the University of California, San Diego (UC San Diego).

To further specialize in advanced heart care, Dr. Shakoor completed his fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix, where he received comprehensive training in coronary and structural heart interventions.

Dr. Shakoor is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered cardiovascular care. His expertise spans preventive cardiology, the diagnosis and treatment of complex cardiovascular diseases, and minimally invasive interventional procedures.
