After years of writing and a lifetime of practicing medicine, I'm honored to announce that my book, Resurrection Medicine: Rebuilding Health — Defying Dogma, Returning to Human Biology, is now available in both English and Spanish.
This book is deeply personal to me. Part I traces my family's four generations in medicine — my grandfather in pulmonology, my father in oncology, my uncle's autoimmune research — and my own path, including my exile from Mexico after threats of violence and kidnapping against my family, and the reinvention that eventually led me to CiaoBella. Part II is the clinical framework I wish every patient had access to: practical, science-based guidance on metabolism, movement, hormones, sleep, and GLP-1 medications, along with a detailed mechanistic appendix written for physicians and clinically-minded readers.
