🩷🩺 Happy National DNP Week! 🩺🩷

This week, we’re celebrating two very special providers here at Divine IV & Wellness — Dr. Amy Berkhout and Dr. Heather Kashmer! 🎉

Both have earned their Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degrees, representing years of dedication, advanced education, clinical experience, and a commitment to improving patient care.
But what does having a DNP mean for our patients?

A DNP is a doctoral-level nursing degree that emphasizes advanced clinical practice, evidence-based care, leadership, and improving healthcare outcomes.
For Dr. Amy and Dr. Heather, it’s about so much more than the letters behind their names. It’s about listening to patients, understanding their individual health concerns, looking beyond symptoms, and helping them feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.

We are proud to have two DNP-prepared providers who share a passion for personalized care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of their patients.

OK, so you all know I geek out over making sure the facility that we order medications through is sterile, clean and up to code. Today, we were granted unprecedented access to the new building for Strive Pharmacy! There were only a total of five of us providers that were invited to see how the new building is coming along with all of the precautions and inner workings happening in order to ensure the highest quality medications are available to our patients! I am very thankful that we were invited, though I would have even demanded it, lol, to see how it is coming along. I am also very thankful that we were given a two hour tour guided by one of the owners, Mike, that I have known for over 10 years as well as the gentleman that oversees all of the safety, precautions, and building aspects to make sure that this is a super clean facility guaranteeing the best for our patients!
