"We had a busy weekend planned after we had our beloved cat, Pip, put down. we wanted a custom urn but did not have time to order it. I called IM Pet services and asked if we could make the selection on Monday. The staff was great and noted our file. On Monday, I called again to ask questions about specific products and got the answers I needed. The urn, with engraved plaque, and paw print were ready within a few hours..." says Don on Google

"Losing a beloved pet is so difficult. In Memoriam Pet Services kept us informed, gave us choices, had about a week’s turn-around time and our sweet dog’s ashes were returned to us in the urn we chose packaged nicely. It also came with a lovely surprise of a Terra cottage colored paw print with his name stamped in it wrapped in an organza bag inside a blue velvet bag, a card and plantable sympathy card. Thank you for caring." says Kelly on Google
