Slick roads, shortening daylight hours, school traffic, and increased wildlife activity lead to October and November having the highest rate of car crashes in Marshall County and all of Tennessee.

We want to make sure you're driving safe this fall. This includes:
- always wearing your seat belt
- stay off your phone and maintain focus
- slow down when the roads are slick
- don't drive if you're too tired to stay alert

Another often overlooked but equally important factor is your range of motion while driving. If you neck and back are stiff it can hinder your reaction time, cause pain while checking your blind spot, and even restrict your field of vision.

Over 100 years ago, D.D. Palmer performed the first chiropractic adjustment on Harvey Lillard, who up until that point had suffered from hearing loss. This adjustment not only changed Harvey's life by restoring his hearing, but changed the life of thousands after.

B.J. Palmer, D.D.'s son, later picked up the practice and began to develop what we know now.

Today we celebrate a shift in medicine to a focus on holistic care that desires all to not just survive, but to thrive in this life God has given us.
