✨ Applications are now open for my 2027 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training! ✨

For nearly three decades, I've had the privilege of watching yoga transform lives, including my own. Not because of increasingly difficult poses, but because of the way a steady practice changes how we meet ourselves, one another, and the world.

Whether you feel called to teach or simply want to deepen your practice, this hybrid training is an immersive journey through alignment-based Hatha Yoga, meditation, non-dual philosophy, anatomy, intelligent sequencing, pranayama, mantra, energetics, and the art of teaching with clarity and authenticity. Alongside my mentorship, you'll also learn from an inspiring guest faculty with expertise in Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, prenatal yoga, and more.

This is the only 200-hour training I'll be offering for the foreseeable future, and enrollment is intentionally limited to create a deeply supportive learning community with plenty of personal mentorship.

If you've been waiting for the right time to take the next step in your practice, I'd love to welcome you.

Applications are now open.
