Meet Keri💚
For Keri, physical therapy has always been about something bigger than exercise programs or injury recovery.
She believes that movement is a gift.
One of the most common myths she helps patients overcome is the belief that pain automatically means they have to stop doing the activities they love forever. Her approach is centered around finding a path forward, helping patients return to what brings them purpose, joy, and confidence.
One patient she worked with worried a knee injury meant the end of her running journey. After months of hard work, she arrived at the clinic one day sweaty, smiling, and fresh off her first run back. Moments like that remind Keri why she loves what she does.
Keri also brings a unique perspective to patient care through her own experiences as an athlete and living with ankylosing spondylitis, a chronic autoimmune condition. She understands firsthand that recovery isn't just physical—it's emotional too.
