Gentle Mindset Shifts 🫶🏼

There’s so much noise and negativity surrounding food, nutrition, and health. It’s easy to get caught up in guilt, extremes, and unrealistic expectations.

But what if we chose a different path?
I invite you to begin shifting your mindset-slowly, gently—and notice how your relationship with yourself and your health starts to expand. Let’s let go of guilt and move forward with more care, more balance, and a lot more kindness. 💛

Before becoming a Registered Dietitian, I was a professionally trained chef. Funny enough, when I started culinary school, I didn’t even know how to cook! I walked in with no experience, just a willingness to learn — and although it was one of the most challenging things I’ve ever done, it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life.

That journey taught me firsthand how intimidating the kitchen can feel when you’re just starting out — and it’s what fuels my passion today.

Now, as a dietitian, I love helping clients build confidence in the kitchen. Whether you’re a total beginner or just looking to simplify your meals, I’m here to guide you. Together, we can create recipes that are simple, approachable, and — most importantly — delicious.

When you book a session with me, we can work on:
• Making cooking and meal prepping feel easier (and even fun!)
• Creating personalized recipes that suit your lifestyle
• Cooking together during your session, if that’s helpful for you

You don’t need to be an expert to start feeling at home in your kitchen — just a little support, the right tools, and maybe a few laughs along the way.

What is your why?

Knowing your “why” is important because it provides a sense of purpose and direction. It acts as a guiding force that helps you stay focused and motivated, especially during challenging times. When you understand your underlying reasons for pursuing a goal or living in a particular way, you’re more likely to stay committed and push through obstacles. Your “why” can give you clarity, inspire action, and help you align your choices with your core values and beliefs, leading to greater fulfillment and a more meaningful life.

My “why” for everything that I do is my family. Every day, I try to be the best possible version of myself for all of us.
To honor the journey that I’ve been through, I realize that my other “why” is my younger self. My younger self represents a time when I might have faced uncertainty, doubts, or struggles, but with every challenge, I grew stronger. By looking at who I am now, I can recognize just how far I have come and how much I have achieved both in my professional and personal life.
