❤️ ANGEL LOST HER DAD. NOW SHE’S WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CHOOSE HER. ❤️

Angel is only 3 years old, and through no fault of her own, her whole world changed.

Her dad passed away. 💔

The person she knew as her family, her home, and her safe place was suddenly gone. Angel had to be rehomed, and now this sweet girl is looking for someone who will give her the forever home she deserves.

Angel is a 3-year-old Pocket Bully with a huge heart. She is incredibly sweet, loving, and affectionate with her people and is friendly with everyone she meets.

She has basic training and is currently working with a professional trainer to reinforce those skills and continue building her confidence.

There is one important thing we want to be completely honest about:

🐾 Angel needs to be the ONLY dog in the home.

Angel is dog selective. She seems to recognize when another dog isn’t a good match for her, so we’re looking for someone who understands that she doesn’t need to have dog friends to have a wonderful life.

She needs someone with Pittie/Bully breed experience who will give her structure, consistency, patience, and—most importantly—a place where she can finally feel secure again.

Angel is:

❤️ Up to date on all vaccines
❤️ Current on yearly testing
❤️ Current on flea, tick & heartworm prevention
❤️ Friendly with people
❤️ Sweet and loving with her family
❤️ Basic training
❤️ Working with a professional trainer
❤️ Must be the only dog

Puppy vaccination timing can look straightforward on paper, but maternally derived antibodies add an important layer of complexity.

For the DA2PP series, AAHA recommends beginning vaccination at 6–8 weeks of age and administering subsequent doses 2–4 weeks apart, with the final dose given after 16 weeks of age.

Those early maternal antibodies help protect puppies, but they can also interfere with the response to distemper and parvovirus vaccines, which is why timing across the series matters.

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of our mascot Chappie. He has been in the hospital almost everyday since my it has been open. In the very beginning, he was the greeter at the reception desk. Most everyone knew and loved Chappie.

RIP sweet baby. TIL we meet again.

Mr Bruce Dillon will watch over you and feed you a biscuit.

We hope everyone has had a safe and peaceful weekend. Our staff got to enjoy a 3 day weekend for the holiday since they work so hard.
We have availability if you need to be seen tomorrow or this coming week.
Also keep Chappie in your prayers. He isn’t feeling well.
