Nothing says comfort food like a plate full of Southern favorites! Today we're serving up tender, slow-cooked BBQ ribs glazed to perfection, creamy macaroni & cheese, fresh crunchy coleslaw, and warm cornbread muffins. And don't forget dessert—a delicious slice of cake topped with sweet icing!

Our residents gather around the table and enjoy a meal made with care, comfort, and flavor in every bite. 💜

Our Thistle House residents made the most of the beautiful sunshine today! ☀️ There’s nothing better than enjoying the fresh air, sharing stories, and spending time with friends. Laughter, good conversation, and warm sunshine made for a wonderful afternoon. We are grateful for these special moments that bring smiles and create lasting memories. 💙

We’re still feeling so grateful after the Grand Reopening of Thistle House. Thank you to our family, friends, community members, and partners who came out to support us and celebrate this special milestone. It meant so much to share our vision for supporting those living with memory care needs and to open our doors so people could experience what makes Thistle House so unique. 💜

We’ll be sharing lots of photos from the event in the coming days, but first, we want to recognize two very special people — our culinary team, Bridgette and Adam. The incredible spread enjoyed at the reopening was made completely from scratch by them with love, care, and talent.

What makes this even more special is that this isn’t just something they do for events. Every single day, Bridgette and Adam pour their hearts into preparing home-cooked meals for our residents because they believe food should nourish not only the body, but also comfort the soul. Their dedication is one of the many things that makes Thistle House feel like home.

Thank you again to everyone who celebrated with us. We are excited for this next chapter and honored to serve our community. ✨

This week, we had the joy of celebrating two very special birthdays—Marie, one of our wonderful residents, and Christine, a dedicated member of our amazing staff. 🎉

Moments like these remind us that our community is more than just a place—it’s a family. Marie’s warmth and life stories continue to inspire us every day, and Christine’s kindness and care make a lasting difference in the lives of everyone she touches.

We are so grateful to share in these celebrations together, creating memories filled with laughter, love, and connection. Please join us in wishing Marie and Christine a very happy birthday and a year ahead filled with health, happiness, and all the little moments that make life so meaningful.
