As an Occupational Therapist and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with an extensive background in infant and toddler feeding, I use a whole body approach to feeding.

I offer breastfeeding assessments including weighted feedings, feeding plans and education.

I offer bottle feeding assessments including formula education, flow rates and finding a bottle to meet your baby’s needs.

I provide education to optimize your baby’s motor skill development and aid feeding skills.

I can do pre and post therapy to achieve optimal outcomes for a frenectomy.

I also evaluate feeding skills for the transition to solid foods and provide education.

All areas include a detailed treatment plan sent to you following any appointment.

Happy to announce recertification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant through 2031. 🤍🩵

As an occupational therapist for 16+ years, I have completed hundreds of hours of infant and toddler feeding specific continuing education.

Becoming an IBCLC is an additional and intense process. In order to initially set for the exam, I needed 1000 hours of hands on care and 95 hours of specific lactation training. To recertify every five years, I need to maintain a set number of hands on hours, complete an additional 75 education hours as well as maintain basic life support/CPR certification.

Here’s to the next five years of being an OT and and IBCLC 🩵🤍
