Friday, February 21st, will be our virtual mental health session. The topic will be Parenting while Healing Inner Child Wounds- A Wellness Approach. Our guest speaker will be Ashley Jenkins! Ashley is a wife, mother of 3, minister, therapist, and mental wellness coach with 10 years of experience in the field of social work. Mrs. Jenkins refers to herself as “Your Neighborhood Hope Dealer!” Her passion for this work has led her to promote mental wellness, especially to those in the black community. Please join us Friday night!

Certified Trauma Professional. Joselyn is the founder of Zaiyari Wellness where you get to play with others, learn, and have the tools needed to achieve wholeness all in one place! She will be providing a workshop on trauma that will offer a space to help us rebuild safety and trust within our bodies and minds. Hope to see you there!
