If you never had a professional massage before, here are some tips before you book:

1. YOUR MONEY=YOUR SERVICE. You are in control during your session. If you’re uncomfortable, we can help with extra comfort. You want more pressure, pressure can be adjusted. This session is about you & your recovery/relaxation.

2. TREATMENT PLAN. If you suffer from any chronic illnesses, I am trained to develop a treatment plan to help with your progress.

3. INTIMATE NATURE. Most massages you will be down to your “comfort” level. We ensure you are covered & protected. If you ever feel uncomfortable please speak up.

4. VOCAL. I cannot adjust, change or switch gears without verbal consent. That includes your pressure, comfort on the table, or even what to do in session. Use your voice & don’t be afraid to do. I’m here for you.

5. CLEANLINESS. I have my sanitation certification for general spas. Also, because of the intimate nature of massages. Client & therapist should share the same level of cleanliness to ensure the safety of the spa. (If you are sick, I will reschedule you within 72 hours)

6. STRESS RELATED. Massage isn’t only made for physical injuries…. Stress will show up in the physical realm. Massage is designed as a full body relaxation, including you mental.

7. CERTSSS. I am trained in Prenatal
Massage, Neuromuscular therapy (Degenerative disk disease, arthritis, fibromyalgia etc) & lymphatic drainage (post opp)
