This is me a couple weeks postpartum in a rare calm moment. It’s a fuzzy dim picture but that’s sort of how I felt during that time.. sleep deprived and still healing, but completely in love!

What my family and I really needed at this time was a skilled support person who could anticipate my needs, give solid breastfeeding advice, and help us get much needed sleep… a Post-Birth hero!

I’ll be holding a training at the end of this month for just that sort of person. Become certified as a Postpartum doula, Lactation specialist and train in Infant Sleep solutions. We will round off the weekend with a lovely Postpartum Blessing ceremony so you can honor all the mothers you care for in a timeless sacred way.

Dates are Friday May 29th to Sunday May 31st 10-5pm each day at The Schoolhouse in West Ashley.

This circle is a space to explore what’s emerging, to question what still fits and to name what wants to begin. Expect the usual ritual, reflections, somatics and of course tea and cake!
