✨ Cultivate Self-Love. Embrace Your Worth. ✨

You are not broken. You are not behind. You are not too much or not enough. You are becoming.

At The Counseling Connection, we believe healing begins when you start recognizing your own value. Therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with who you are beneath the stress, self-doubt, and expectations of others.

Counseling can help you quiet the inner critic, rebuild self-esteem, and learn how to treat yourself with the same kindness you offer to others. Through therapy, you can begin to:
🌱 See your value more clearly
🌱 Strengthen self-confidence
🌱 Release shame and self-doubt
🌱 Learn to truly love and accept yourself

Self-love isn’t selfish—it’s essential. And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

September is Su***de Prevention Month 💚

Every life matters, and every life is worth living. At The Counseling Connection, we believe that preventing su***de starts with awareness, compassion, and connection. Talking about su***de does not cause it—it opens the door to healing and hope.

📊 Facts about Su***de in the United States:

Su***de is the 11th leading cause of death nationwide.

More than 49,000 people died by su***de in 2022 alone.

For every death by su***de, there are an estimated 20–25 attempts.

Su***de is the second leading cause of death for people ages 10–34.

Many people who struggle never seek help due to stigma, shame, or lack of access—but with support, recovery is possible.

In honor of Su***de Prevention Month, we are currently accepting new clients. Especially those who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts. Our therapists provide a safe, non-judgmental space where healing can begin. No one should struggle alone.

📞 If you or someone you know is in crisis:

Call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline (24/7 confidential support)

Text HOME to 741741 to connect with the Crisis Text Line

In an emergency, dial 911

This month and beyond, let’s break the silence, reduce stigma, and remind each other that hope and help are always within reach. Together, we can save lives.

💙 The Counseling Connection 304.340.3676 Here to support you on your journey.
