White Oak of Charleston is a 176 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located within walking distance of Trident Medical Center. We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation in our designated rehabilitation wing. Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day. Our interdisciplinary team develop

s an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders. The service of White Oak of Charleston is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

We had so much fun with the Palmetto Line Dance Team this weekend! 💃🤠 Our residents loved every minute of the performance and were clapping and smiling the whole time.

One of our favorite moments was seeing our housekeeper, Rhonda, jump in and dance with the group! She’s been taking line dancing lessons, and it was so much fun watching her show off what she’s learned. Our residents absolutely loved it!

Thank you to the Palmetto Line Dance Team for spending the afternoon with us. We can’t wait to have y’all back!

Last week our residents and staff enjoyed a wonderful 4th of July cookout filled with hamburgers, hot dogs, banana pudding, and great company!
A huge shout-out to Kennedy for all the grilling! 🍔🌭

Music has a special way of bringing back memories, boosting moods, and encouraging movement, and everyone had a great time participating. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch outing at Carolina Ale House alongside our families, sharing laughs, stories, and special moments around the table. These outings are a great way to create memories and strengthen connections with loved ones.
