I am truly heartbroken by the announcement from NFDA about my friend, Mike Nicodemus. Announcement: It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we share the news that Mike, NFDA's Vice President of Cremation Services, passed away recently. Mike is survived by his beloved wife, Elizabeth, and two children, Erin VanHouten and Ryan Nicodemus, who are in our thoughts now. Arrangements are not known at this time.
