Caroline Young Yoga Meet Caroline:

Caroline is a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist & certified Yoga Instructor located in Philadelphia and Main Line suburbs.

In 2022, Caroline completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Hotbox Yoga Studio in Manayunk, PA. Her passion for movement, mindfulness and genuine connection with others has led her to offering a variety of yoga classes and programs. Caroline's background as a Speech Therapist, working primarily with children, has provided a strong foundation for teaching kids yoga. Finding creative ways to e

nhance communication skills and inspire children to learn and grow through yoga brings her JOY! Caroline has been an athlete for her entire life. She ran Division 2 Track and Field as a sprinter and hurdler at West Chester University, where she first started practicing yoga in 2017. She quickly realized the positive impact yoga had on her running performance and overall confidence. She has been practicing yoga ever since! Now, she is passionate about helping other athletes elevate their performance and well-being through yoga, breath work and mediation. Certifications: M.A., CCC-SLP, RYT-200, Kids Yoga, Prenatal Yoga
