Fiber is one of my non-negotiables when it comes to midlife health. But I hear from so many women who start increasing their fiber and they’re suddenly feeling bloated and uncomfortable.

Here’s the thing. Sometimes it’s not the fiber itself. It’s how quickly you’re adding it, the types you’re eating, and even HOW you’re eating.

And I don’t want you to miss out on the benefits of fiber because of a little trial and error!

Especially in midlife, when getting enough fiber can make such a difference in:
✔️ Blood sugar regulation
✔️ Lowering LDL cholesterol
✔️ Gut health and regularity
✔️ Feeling satisfied after meals
✔️ Supporting a healthy weight

I aim for at least 25 grams a day, with plenty of variety and a focus on soluble fiber.

So if you’ve tried increasing your fiber and ended up feeling worse, I hope these tips help you give it another try!

And if you’re still struggling to get enough through food, my favorite fiber supplement is currently on its BIGGEST SALE OF THE YEAR!

Which slide did you relate to most?
What would you add?

If this doesn’t convince you to add more fiber to your diet, I’m not sure what will! 👏

Just 10 extra grams of fiber a day can make a meaningful difference in lowering your risk of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and certain cancers.

And here’s the thing. Most women, especially in midlife, aren’t getting nearly enough fiber!

I aim for at least 25 grams a day, and often more. It’s one of my daily non-negotiables for supporting blood sugar, cholesterol, gut health, and overall longevity.

Need a little help getting more fiber into your day?

🎉Comment BREAKFAST for my high-protein breakfast guide!

While 2 eggs are definitely a better breakfast protein-wise than avocado toast, a muffin, or cereal… It’s still only about 12g of protein.

It’s a good start.
But most women in midlife need 30g+ at breakfast to feel full, energized, and support muscle + metabolism.

Why 30g?
✔️ Build + maintain muscle (your metabolism’s best friend in midlife)
✔️ Steady energy + fewer cravings (no more 10am crash)
✔️ Better metabolism (more muscle → more calories burned at rest)

And unless you want to eat 5 eggs every morning (no thank you 🙃), you’ll want simple ways to boost your protein at breakfast.

Want my easy + delicious breakfast ideas that actually hit 30g?

We just had to hop on here and share!

All of us have the underarm jiggle.

It’s normal, and you can choose to make it a big deal—or not.

I’ve decided to put my energy into the things I can control and the things that matter most to me—taking care of my health, getting stronger, making memories, and showing up for the people I love.

Comment “ME” if you’ve got it too. Let’s normalize it and move on with our lives. 😆

And share this with your bestie who needs the reminder too.

You do not have to wait until January to start feeling better in your body.

There are still 3 months left in this year. That’s a lot of workouts. A lot of breakfasts. A lot of walks. A lot of opportunities to choose more protein, build muscle, go to bed a little earlier, drink your water, or simply keep one small promise to yourself.

And none of it has to be perfect.
Imagine what could change if you stopped thinking you needed to overhaul your whole life and just started stacking a few simple choices consistently.

You could walk into 2027 stronger, more energized, more confident — and already doing the things you would normally put on a January resolution list.

Start with your next meal. ❤️
