Investing in our team means investing in the care we provide.

Last week, our clinicians spent two days at the beautiful Gaillard Center for an incredible continuing education conference, learning from experts on topics including traumatic grief, eating disorders, childhood wounds, su***de loss, and trauma-informed approaches to therapeutic practice.

Beyond the presentations, we had the opportunity to connect as a team over lunch, reflect on what we learned, and bring back new perspectives that will help us better serve our clients and community.

We believe that great clinicians never stop learning, and we're grateful for opportunities like these to grow together. 💙

📢 Our team will be attending the Low Country Mental Health Conference on Thursday, July 30 and Friday, July 31. Investing in continuing education allows us to stay current on the latest research, techniques, and resources so we can continue providing the highest quality care to our clients.

While our office will be closed, phone calls and e-mails will still be monitored through the end of each business day.

At Connections Counseling Center, we believe strong teams create strong communities.

This weekend, our staff gathered for a night at the Charleston RiverDogs game, and what a night it was! From great food and plenty of laughs to a thrilling 9th-inning comeback victory, it was the perfect reminder that some of the best moments happen when we simply spend time together.

We are incredibly grateful for a team that not only works hard to support others but genuinely enjoys supporting each other as well.

The relationships we build within our office help strengthen the care we provide outside of it. We couldn't ask for a better group of people to serve alongside every day.

Here's to teamwork, connection, and making memories together, both in and out of the office. 💙⚾

To be nominated alongside other amazing providers in our community was already meaningful… but to be chosen as the winner is something we truly don’t take lightly.

At Connections, this work is so much more than appointments and schedules. We genuinely love helping people heal, grow, navigate hard seasons, strengthen relationships, and feel less alone. Every single person who walks through our doors matters deeply to us, and it’s a privilege to be trusted with those stories.
