Embracing Change – Spring Awakening & Keeping My Qi Vital 🌿
Change gets a bad rap. We resist it, fear it, and sometimes fight against it—even when we know it’s exactly what we need.
In Chinese medicine, spring is the season of change. It’s when nature wakes up, stretches, and starts moving again after a long winter of rest and introspection. And just like the trees budding and the rivers thawing, our bodies and minds need movement, too.
This spring, we encourage you to embrace change as a positive force and make shifts to keep your Qi active and flowing. Here are some fun ways to welcome new energy this season:
💚 Move more, but gently. It’s time to stretch, walk, and breathe in fresh air.
💚 Eat lighter, greener foods. Your Liver (the star of spring season) is ready for vibrant, clearing foods that refresh my system.
💚 Let go of tension—physically and emotionally. Check in with your body and noticing where you're holding stress.
💚 Make space for new ideas. Spring is a time of growth—ask yourself, what am I ready to create, shift, or invite into my life?
Change isn’t just necessary—it’s life-giving. The more we embrace movement, flow, and the natural cycles of transformation, the more alive and energized we feel.
What changes are you making this spring to wake up your Qi? Drop them in the
