It is our pleasure to welcome BJ Smiley, BSRS, RT(R), ARRT to the Salus Scientific family as a full-time clinical specialist.

BJ brings a tremendous combination of clinical and industry experience to Salus. A Registered Technologist with a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Science, he spent more than a decade working in procedural labs before transitioning to industry.

He has built a reputation for clinical excellence, collaboration, and always putting the patient-first.

BJ’s deep understanding of imaging systems, procedural workflow, and the day-to-day needs of physicians, nurses, and technologists will be a tremendous asset as Salus continues developing and expanding our technologies in the fluoroscopy suite.

Salus Scientific welcomed the publication this week of a landmark multi-society expert consensus statement that represents one of the most significant advances in occupational radiation safety in decades. For all of us at Salus Scientific, the publication represents more than a new set of recommendations, it reflects the continued evolution of how healthcare organizations think about occupational wellness.
