their overall health and well being by integrating social community wellness campaigns and free fitness classes as part of their benefits. We feel wellness is something that has been completely omitted from the recent healthcare law changes and hope to do something about it through partnerships with local fitness professionals and seasonal events held throughout the Charleston area. Our clients will have the opportunity to participate in fitness classes free of charge, attend nutrition workshops or challenges, and participate in social fitness events like the rugged maniac or bridge run and get great rewards from us for doing so.
