Wednesday we celebrated the movie Mary Poppins for Nursing Home Celebration Week. We sang a few rounds of a spoonful of sugar, tried to get birds to land on our finger, made kites, pretended our carousel 🎠 came apart magically while riding, and of course watched the movie today.

A little goofy, yes! But fun with our Nursing Home Week theme today: Disney's Bambi. Bambi was playing for our Residents, popcorn and "flower " cookies were served, staff wore Bambi apparel, and we even had a deer show up shaking her tail.
